How long have you been a director? Since 2019

Why were you interested in becoming a Director?I wanted to contribute back to an organisation that is member focussed and assist in the development of both the group itself, as well as its partnerships with community organisations. With a business and risk management background I believe I can add to the existing positive direction of the group.  

What do you enjoy most about being a Director?Whilst incoming as a director I look forward to seeing the difference the group makes to both its members, and through its many partnerships, both sporting and community based.

How do you see Aster Group as a business in five years time?
I see a Group that continues to diversify and change to take advantage of opportunities as they arise, in order to grow and best meet the needs of its members, their families and the community.

Fun, intelligent, innovative, respectful and professional.

What do you see as the biggest challenge for our industry over the next five years?  Government legislation driven by social movements and the speed of change in technology in both the group and all elements of our members lives.
