About the opportunity
The Aster Group is currently seeking an energetic team player to provide superior customer service working specifically in promotions, including bingo, raffles & other hosted promotions. The successful applicant will have great people skills, excellent communication skills and can provide exceptional customer service.
Your role will involve:
Working within the Promotions team involves working closely with the club’s Marketing team to deliver, fun, face to face promotions, from calling bingo and raffles, to effectively communicating our up and coming exciting promotions to our members and their guests across our Wests Illawarra.
We’re looking for:
- A bright and confident personality, that loves to be centre stage
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Able to work 7 days a week, including Public Holidays
- Understanding of promotional terms and conditions ensuring legislative requirements are met
- Current NSW RSA & RCG Competency Card
- Previous microphone and promotions experience (desirable)
